1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the DARF Labs platform (`darf.site`), interacting with our dynamic dashboard, or acquiring the DRF utility token during its Initial Coin Offering (ICO) phases, you explicitly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these structural terms, you must immediately cease all interactions with our web interfaces, smart contracts, and server APIs.
2. Scope of Services & Infrastructure
DARF Labs provides a decentralized cybersecurity infrastructure consisting of smart contract audit tools, automated vulnerability scanning APIs, and real-time multi-chain transaction graph analytics (the "Forensics Engine").
* **Beta Features:** Certain architectural modules, including the decentralized forensic auction system, are scheduled for deployment under future roadmap phases and may exist in alpha/beta configurations.
* **Maintenance & Technical Adjustments:** DARF Labs reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to its dashboard or underlying hosting infrastructure for scheduled server migrations, cluster hardening, or database synchronization without prior notice.
3. DRF Token Purchase & Dynamic Pricing Protocol
Utility Asset: The DRF token is strictly a utility asset designed to settle network protocol fees, unlock cryptographic forensic data streams, and serve as staking collateral within our security ecosystem. It does not represent equity, shares, or ownership rights in DARF Labs.
Automated Price Adjustments: Participants acknowledge that the token purchase dashboard utilizes an automated cryptographic protocol that dynamically increases the baseline token value by exactly 0.05 USD every 24 hours. All processed deposits are non-refundable, and acquisitions are final upon on-chain block validation.
Third-Party Gateways: All cryptographic financial transactions are executed and verified via decentralized networks and integrated payment aggregators (e.g., NowPayments). DARF Labs is not responsible for localized network congestion, incorrect wallet addresses, or gas fee volatility.
4. Participant Obligations & Wallet Security
You are entirely responsible for the technical configuration, security, and access control of your decentralized wallets (including EVM, Tron, or TON compatible non-custodial wallets). Under no circumstances shall DARF Labs be held liable for losses resulting from compromised private keys, phishing attacks, unauthorized API scripts, or improper usage of terminal commands on your personal devices.
5. Risk Disclosures & No-Financial Advice
Cryptographic asset distributions and blockchain security frameworks involve a high degree of technical and economic risk. The content provided across our platform, dashboard, and documentation does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You acknowledge that the value of utility tokens can be highly volatile and that past cryptographic audit successes do not guarantee absolute protection against future zero-day exploits on monitored networks.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DARF Labs, its core developers, and its infrastructure partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our software, server components, automated scripts, or your participation in the token allocation framework.
7. Amendments & Governance Updates
DARF Labs reserves the right to modify or restructure these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect protocol updates, regulatory updates, or systemic server reconfigurations. Continued interaction with the platform following the publication of architectural changes constitutes absolute acceptance of the revised terms.
